Spring Board for Community Development envisions communities transformed through education, workforce development, skilled-trade training, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and meaningful employment opportunities. We strive to create pathways that empower individuals — including those facing barriers to employment — to develop practical skills, earn industry-recognized certifications, secure family-supporting careers, and become productive leaders within their communities.

Hands-On Trade Mastery
Accelerated practical training in Brick Masonry, Carpentry, Drywall, and Electrical delivering universal credentials: OSHA 10, NCCER Core, and CPR.
Mentorship & Leadership
Structured 1:1 pairings between adult returning citizens and opportunity youth to build character, confidence, workplace discipline, and mutual stability.
Family-Supporting Careers
Direct hiring pipelines into regional commercial contractors and trade unions with starting prevailing wages of $22.00–$32.00+/hr.
Community Partnerships
Collaborating with courts, social agencies, and employers for vital wrap-around support and sustainable community development.
