🎯 Our Mission

Spring Board for Community Development is dedicated to transforming lives and rebuilding communities by turning opportunity into skills, skills into careers, and careers into lasting economic stability.

Through hands-on training, mentorship, education, certification, and community partnerships, we equip individuals with the confidence and skills to build better lives, while helping build stronger communities for generations to come.

β€œTurning opportunity into skills, skills into careers, and careers into lasting economic stability.”

πŸ” Our Vision

To build stronger, healthier, and more self-sufficient communities where every individual has the opportunity to learn, work, grow, and succeed.

Spring Board for Community Development envisions communities transformed through education, workforce development, skilled-trade training, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and meaningful employment opportunities. We strive to create pathways that empower individuals β€” including those facing barriers to employment β€” to develop practical skills, earn industry-recognized certifications, secure family-supporting careers, and become productive leaders within their communities.

β€œTo turn potential into opportunity, opportunity into skills, and skills into sustainable community development β€” one person, one family, and one community at a time.”
THE FOUNDER'S THESIS
β€œBad choices produce bad results. Making better choices is impossible when options never change. The key to eliminating recidivism is expanding options through mastery in high-earning skilled trades.”
